How to Professionally set Ceramic tile

Things You'll Need
- Thin set
- Grout
- Notched Trowel
- Tape measure
- Tile cutter
- Plastic/Rubber spacers
- Rubber Trowel
- Spounge
- Bucket of water

Make sure that your area is well cleaned. First thing you want to do is establish a center, set a whole tile on very end on the surface in the middle. Then take measurements on both sides of the tile that will show you what cuts you need to make. Then you make all your cuts before setting thin set on table.

Take all tile off and sweep off surface. Then take your thin set, you may use pre-mixed thin set or powder (optional) After getting your then set mixed, take your notched trowel and spread evenly on surface that you have already measured and cut tile to fit. Then set your tile with spacers between each tile on all corners to ensure they are all the same distance apart.

After letting dry for 30-60 minutes remove your spacers, and mix your grout. Apply evenly with rubber trowel in all open spaces. Then wipe off tiles with spounge lightly to ensure not to wipe out of the cracks. Then repeat steps as needed.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure thin set is even, NO THIN SPOTS OR THICK SPOTS.
MAKE SURE TILE DOES NOT MOVE WHILE GROUTING.
MAKE SURE THINSET IS SET.
