2. Hang the fabric in a unique way so that it can be pulled up on both sides to give the illusion of a curtain or shade. Ribbon can be tied around the fabric on either end to lift up the sides and create a window appearance. Unique home decor additions to the curtains would include metallic hardware.

3. Intensify the unique decor by using colorful glass beads on the bottom seam of the fabric where the ribbon pulled the fabric up. These beads can be sewn into place or attached with fabric glue. If you choose to use hot glue, make sure that it doesn't burn or melt the fabric.
