Strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles. In order to display chiseled abs you have to work them. Core muscles such as the abs, can be worked daily. Leg lifts, crunches and side bends work the upper, lower and oblique muscles.

Change your eating habits. If you really want to see results, cut back on refined sugars, white flour, processed foods and increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, fish and lean meats. Be sure to drink plenty of water too.

Stick with it. Depending on how much belly fat you want to lose and how rock hard you want your chiseled abs to look, you will have to set a schedule and stick with it.
