Well Its flu season all the hype of H1N1 flu virus and the world favorite bowl movement, to hate diarrhea, lol. Try this its very simple and cheap. We've all had it, this home remedy works on any age and along with any medications.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    OK your sick on medication kids got it now... The pink stuff 5 bucks a day not anymore. An ancient home remedy that works I've tried it myself.
    Get a 1 cup of water luke warm is the best put 2 tablespoons of baking soda stir vigorously.

  2. Step 2

    Hmm sounds great! Sike. It awful but we can help with that a bit. Kids may hate it but teach them how to take a shot lol. You can add a small amount of sugar, beware to much may make it worst. No more than a teaspoon and about half a lemon squeezed into the one cup of water.

  3. Step 3

    One cup of water or a coffee mug, two table spoons baking soda, one teaspoon of sugar, and a half of a fresh lemon squeezed. Take this every 2-4 hours depending on situation. Stir and stir then Chugg away sipping may be punishment lol.

Tips & Warnings
  • Will make bowl movement solid
  • Will stop the regurgitate process so you can eat
  • 4 cups a day should be fine
  • Do not take for more than two weeks consult a doctor.
  • side effects below:
  • To much will constipate you for about a day
  • May satisfy appetite's but eat any way, like soup and sandwich may prevent side effect.
