Make Mini Appetizers

With the Holiday season around the corner, We can expect some unexpected guest to drop by. Well have no fear, a recipe is here, its a delicious and easy recipe that will be sure to please any hunger guest and even easier to make.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Puff pastry sheets
  • Broccoli floret (fresh or frozen)
  • Sam bal Sauce(red chilli sauce)
  • shredded chicken
  • Velveeta cheese( small cubes)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mushrooms (diced)
  • Cup cake pan
  1. Step 1

Thaw out the puff pastry sheet. After it is thawed out cut it into about 3 inch sqaures. Place two squares each into a cupcakes pan.
Place one square down and then place another square down on top of it but place it at an angle so that you have four flaps on to top.
Skip spaces in between the cupcakes pan whole because when you bake the puff pastry it expanded. Poke the bottom of the puff pastry sheet with a fork for ventilation. Pre heat one to 350 degrees and set the puff pastry aside.

  2. Step 2

Now your going to take your broccoli floret and sauté them in a small saucepan. Heat about 1 tsp of oil and sauté the broccoli add a pinch of salt and pepper for taste. Add in 1 Tbsp. of Sam bal sauce.( more or less for your taste) and then add in your shredded chicken and diced mushrooms. Sauté everything together until everything is well mixed and heated through. Now your ready to fill your shells.

  3. Step 3

Fill the sheets with the mixture about 1 Tbsp into the shells and then bake in the oven for about 15 minutes remove add the small cubes of Velveeta chesses and bake again for another 15 minutes.
Remove carefully and your ready to enjoy an Asian inspired mini appetizer.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can change the mixture and add in what suits your taste.
  • Sam bal is spicy so be careful with the spice level.
