If you have been missing beef tapa but do not know where to get it have no fear as it is very easy to make utilizing ingredients you can obtain at any grocery store in your area. That said this ehow article will give you the recipe needed to make Filipino beef tapa.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Pounds Beef Sirloin
  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Head Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp White Sugar
  • Meat Pounder
  • Knife
  • Large Lidded Container
  1. Step 1

Slice beef thinly against the grain. In this step about 1/4 inch in perfect width. Also you should know that most grocery stores will do the slicing for you without charge which is far easier than slicing it yourself.

  2. Step 2

Next you should use your meat pounder and pound the meat very well.

  3. Step 3

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and the meat and let it marinate for 1 to 2 days.

  4. Step 4

Once marinated you can freeze the portions you do not immediately consume for use at later date. To cook this recipe just fry the beef tapa until its nearly burnt and consume it together with fried rice and sunny side up fried eggs.
