1
Select the beads you want to use for your bracelet. As you are selecting the beads, test each one on the wire to make sure the wire will fit through the hole in the bead.
-
2
Lay out the pattern for your beads, being sure you have the same number of regular beads between each magnetic bead. You will need about 20 to 30 magnetic beads for a 35-inch bracelet wire.

3
Measure about 36 inches of beading wire and cut the wire using a wire cutter. Curve one end of the wire into a circle, using the size of your wrist as a guide. This will determine the size of your bracelet.
-
4
Begin stringing beads on in the pattern you have chosen. For instance, add one strong magnetic bead, a regular bead, a spacer bead, and then another magnetic bead, and repeat. As you add the beads, continue to curve the bracelet into a spiral pattern, so that each layer sets on top of the prior layer in the same pattern. This means that on each layer, the magnetic beads should be on top of each other.

5
Slide the end of the wire through a crimp tube, leaving about 1 to 2 inches on the end, and then slide on another magnetic bead. Feed the end of the wire back through the crimp tube, slipping the excess back through the hole of the last bead. Use pliers to squeeze the crimp tube closed completely.

Tips & Warnings
For a more secure bracelet, use more magnetic beads instead of regular beads.
Be sure to keep the pattern consistent with how many regular beads are between the strong magnetic beads. If the pattern is not regular, the bracelet won't stay together.
