How to Detoxify From Caffeine

Caffeine is a common addictive substance in the average diet. Over time, the body becomes dependent on caffeine. Headaches, irritability, drowsiness, and even mild depression can accompany caffeine withdrawal. • Acquire a good detoxification multivitamin at your quality whole-food and health stores.

  • Health stores have herbal detoxification supplements that can help speed and improve the process.

  • If headaches occur during the initial detoxification, avoid taking aspirin more than a few days at a time or in excess of the recommended dosage on the label, as this can lead to stomach issues.
