    ADJUST YOUR WORKSTATION
Adjust your computer so that you don't have to strain your neck and eyes to see the monitor. Adjust the lighting and background on your monitor. Practice good posture and sit up straight in your chair with your feet in front of you.

  3. Step 3

    WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES
Make sure that your shoes are comfortable and can withstand your weight and height and can be worn throughout he day without causing feet pain. Once your feet begin to ache, it affects your whole body.

  4. Step 4

    GET UP AND STRETCH
It's a good idea to stand and stretch every hour to avoid stiffness and pain. You should also relieve yourself from mental stress that could be caused by long periods of concentration on your work, which could ultimately lead to severe muscle tension.

  5. Step 5
    bottled water
