Step 1
Once a habit is formed by repeated behavior it can be nearly impossible to break. The amount of exposure will determine the amount of enclosure. When cravings overcome the mental state all reason is thrown out, mental resolve is diminished and a repeat offense is imminent. Like the bird given too much freedom, inhibitors must be put in place to deny access to the to the addiction.

Step 2
Eliminate all immediate points of access. If you have ants in the house forming a line to the bag of sugar in the back corner of the pantry, you can't just put the bag on a higher shelf, you must seal the sugar in a container into which the ants cannot enter. If you're just placing the bag of sugar on a higher shelf you're leaving those ants wide open to easy access. They will climb all the way up the shelf following the familiar scent. So if you don't have an air-tight container and you really don't want ants in your house, then throw the bag of sugar in the trash. Just make sure you follow that bag of trash to the garbage truck on Monday morning to avoid ants in the trash can.

Step 3
Many hearts are broken by the effects of pornography and so dealing with the aftermath of the discovery isn't always easy. Many marriages dissolve over this heinous plague destroying decent and intimate, trust filled relationships. In the days of old castles were built with all kinds of defenses to protect the inhabitants. Today is no different. If you have to build a wall with a draw bridge over the mote then that is what you should do if need be. If that isn't enough then you will need to invest in archers, swordsmen, catapults, knights, and anything you can think of to keep the bad guys out.
