Perform daily facial exercises. Tighten your mouth muscles and say, "ee, ah, oo," stretching the mouth muscles as you say the sounds. Repeat a few times. Then, open your mouth and roll your tongue, stretching the mouth muscles as you hold that position. To stretch the neck, tilt your head up, then down, then move the head left and right. Close your teeth and pull back your lips in an exaggerated smile, and hold that pose for a few moments.

Apply a facial mask weekly. Combine 1 tbsp. honey with 1/2 tbsp. whole milk or yogurt. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. Yogurt and milk contain lactic acid, which stimulates the production of collagen.
