Over 80 percent of america is obese, obese meaning 40 pounds over your target weight. Are you one of those 80 percent? Do you want to lose those pounds around your waist? Read on to see how you can literally lose weight in 3 steps!

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    First, work out an exercise routine. This can as easy as walking around the block if you want to. The important thing is you stick to it and increase the distance you walk each week.
    For example, you walk around the block twice, 2 times a week, You should increase to three times around the next week.

  2. Step 2

    Eat right. Fruits and vegetables are great choices. If you are just wanting to lose weight, a diet high in carbohydrates is suffecient. If you want to build muscle, add some protein into your diet. Just don't forget to burn the carbohydrates, or they turn into fat.

  3. Step 3

    This is the most important step. Many people skip meals to lose weight. This is NOT the case. Eating every meal makes your metabolism go faster, thus shedding unwanted fat. You must also eat all your meals at the same time everyday.

Tips & Warnings
  • Eat every meal at the same time each day.
  • Increase the distance you walk, or the number of times you walk every week.
  • Eat carbohydrates, but burn them off after you eat or they turn into fat.
  • Don't skip meals.
  • Remember to burn carbohydrates.
