This gentle exfoliating hand sugar scrub helps to remove dead skin cells while moisturizing the skin below. I suggest using this exfoliating hand sugar scrub 2-3 times per week to keep the skin healthy. However, if you suffer from dry hands or have callused skin, I suggest using this exfoliating hand sugar scrub daily until you achieve your desired results.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 Cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Apricot Kernel Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • Half of a Lemon
  1. Step 1

Pour the granulated sugar into a small mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

In a seperate bowl, warm the apricot kernel oil and honey in the microwave, on high, for 10 seconds.

  3. Step 3

Drizzle the apricot kernel oil and honey mixture over the granulated sugar, then stir the mixture together gently with a wooden spoon or spatula.

  4. Step 4

Pour the lemon juice over the mixture, then stir once more. Cover the mixture and store in the fridge before use. Any mixture you don't use can be stored in the fridge for a few days.

  5. Step 5

To use the sugar hand scrub, take a couple tablespoons of the mixture and massage it into the hands thoroughly. Continue to massage the mixture into the hands for a few minutes, then rinse the mixture off with cool or room temperature water. Be sure not to use hot water, which is too harsh on the skin.
