This casserole is great even with your leftover turkey and the preparation will take about fifteen minutes and the cooking twenty to thirty minutes. The following recipe makes for about six to eight servings.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 bag of Idaho russet potatoes (cooked)
  • 1 bag of green beans (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 3 cups of sliced turkey
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Non stick cooking spray
  1. Step 1

First thing to do is to preheat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and take out a three quart baking pan and spray it with the non stick cooking spray and set it aside.

  2. Step 2

Next take a large skillet with a heavy bottom and add olive oil and onions and sauté for three minutes on medium low heat. Then add the garlic, the cooked potatoes, green beans and the leftover turkey and cook for another five minutes on medium heat.

  3. Step 3

Next take the mixture and place it in the baking pan and top it with the grated Parmesan cheese and oven bake, uncovered on the center rack, for about ten minutes to fifteen minutes or until cheese is melted.
