The smoked salmon appetizers for the holidays are perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve and Day and any other holiday there is because it goes with anything else that you will cook for the main entrée. The smoked salmon is great because it already comes thinly sliced it makes it easy to create these wonderful appetizers.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 box of water cracker
  • 2 cups of cream cheese (original or with chives)
  • ½ cup of chopped red onions
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1 package of sockeye smoked salmon
  1. Step 1

    Take out a tray and all the ingredients and start chopping the onions and slicing the cucumber, and put them aside.

  2. Step 2

    Next take the water crackers out and spread each one with one teaspoon of cream cheese (whether it is the original or the kind with chives).

  3. Step 3

    Then top each cracker with the chopped red onion, the thinly slices of cucumbers and a sliver of the smoked salmon (here you can also go with different flavors such as Cajun or Peppercorn smoked salmon) and serve immediately. You can also cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
