Pour 2 cups of water into a spray bottle and add 1 tablespoon of clear laundry detergent and 1 tablespoon of non-sudsing ammonia. Using a clear laundry detergent will help to avoid further staining from color additives that may be used in some regular detergents.

Place the lid on the spray bottle and shake gently to mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Spray the oven door with the ammonia solution and let soak for a few minutes. Wipe clean with a sponge.

Rinse the door with dish soap and water, using a sponge, to remove all traces of the ammonia solution. Dry with a clean towel.

Tips & Warnings
Remove any stuck-on food with a single-edge razor blade in a handle. Scrape only in one direction to avoid scratching the glass.
Wear protective gloves, eye wear, and a mask when working with ammonia as it is a strong irritant and can cause serious injury.
