Things You'll Need

  • 1 medium sauce pan
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup of brandy
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 stick of melted butter

Instructions

      Heat sauce pan on a medium low flame. Place the butter in the frying pan with the granulated sugar, beaten egg and vanilla extract.

      Stir ingredients until sugar is completely melted. Add 1/4 cup of brandy.

      Bring to a boil and stir for five to eight minutes. After sauce has thickened, pour it over your bread pudding squares.
