How to Change Tom Tom Color Scheme
The TomTom Global Positioning System guides you to your destination through voice directions and by plotting your route on colorful, three-dimensional maps. Though the colors work well in most cases, you may sometimes find them too intense for constant viewing or too subtle to distinguish patterns. If you are colorblind, you may be unable to distinguish certain colors at all. Fortunately, there is an easy way to change the TomTom color scheme.

Tips & Warnings
Note that these procedures apply specifically to the TomTom One but apply generally to all versions of the GPS.
Unfortunately, there is no "Default" option to return the scheme to the original. Instead, you can pick "Belgica" for the day and "Antartica" for the night.
