Things You'll Need:
- 1 CUP CANNED BLACK BEANS
- 1 CUP FROZEN CORN KERNALS
- 1/2 RED PEPPER CHOPPED
- 1/2 RED ONION CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP FINELY DICED RIPE TOMATO
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CILANTRO
- 4 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
- 2 FRESH JALAPENOS SEEDED AND MINCED
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
- 2 TBSP LIME JUICE
- 1 TSP SALT
- TORTILLA CHIPS

Step 1
Drain and rinse the black beans in a strainer until the water runs clear.
Thaw the corn -
Step 2
Chop, mince or dice the vegetables. Use a food processor or chopper to make this easier and faster.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended.

Let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes then taste it to see if you need to add more salt, lime juice or garlic. Add more jalapenos if you like it spicier.

Refrigerate for at least an hour so all the flavors blend together to create the perfect salsa.

Serve with chips as a delicious appetizer, or as a garnish with your main dish.
