Things You'll Need:
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 7 Cups of Confectioner's Sugar
- 2 sticks of softened butter
- 2 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract

Step 1
Sift all 7 cups of Confectioners' Sugar into a large bowl; Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl whip together 16 oz of softened cream cheese and 2 sticks of softened butter until smooth. Gently fold in 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.

Next, on low speed, gradually add the confectioner’s sugar, small bits at a time. Beat until incorporated, scrape down the bowl as needed. Mix on high until fluffy and light. Frost a cooled 13x9 cake, 24 cupcakes or a 2-layer cake.

Step 4
For Fudgey Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting, Fold in 3 Tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder into the frosting after everything is combined. This frosting tastes amazing on Vanilla Cake!
