Step 1
Gather and prepare the following items for the smoked turkey and artichoke wrap recipe:
* 1 whole 8"-10" wheat tortilla
* 6 ounces smoked, cooked and cut turkey breast, or 6 ounces warm smoked turkey ham
* 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
* 1 Roma tomato, cut into bite size pieces
* 1/4 small sliced red onion
* 1 teaspoon chopped basil leaves
* 1/2 tablespoon chopped chive leaves
* 2 tablespoons sliced white button mushrooms
* 2 tablespoon chopped red bell peppers
* 2 slices of cheddar cheese, or 1/4 cup shredded
* 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper -
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, toss all the above ingredients in olive oil, plus salt and pepper, except for the cream cheese, cheese and turkey meat.

Transfer tossed vegetable mix onto a baking dish and roast in oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked. Remove cooked vegetables from heat and set aside.
※ Alternative method: After tossing vegetables in olive oil, sauté ingredients in a skillet over low heat; stir-fry until cooked, about 8 minutes. Let to cool a bit before wrapping. -
Step 4
Spread light cream cheese on tortilla wrap, leaving about an inch on the edges. Top with cheese and then the turkey. Next, lay a bed of the cooked vegetables on top.

Step 5
Wrap and roll the tortilla up like a log starting from the nearest edge to you. Tuck firmly the other edge when you reach the other end. Place smoked turkey and artichoke wrap seam-side down on the serving plate.

Step 6
Cut wrap diagonally into half/sections/bite-size pieces if desired. Serve smoked turkey and artichoke wrap warm, for one person.
