- 1 medium Roma tomato diced
- ½ medium brown onion diced
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tbl extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup jarred spaghetti sauce (or your own homemade)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetarian Meat CrumblesPlace rack in the center of your oven and preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly oil a standard glass loaf pan, set aside.

Vegetarian Meatloaf RecipePour your Neat Loaf vegetarian recipe mixture into the prepared glass loaf pan, level the top, then bake for 45-55 minutes or until heated through and browned on top.
