Notes. If you are expected to say something in a meeting write down two points. Try to have two well planned points to mention. If no one else says anything, simply bring up your points in a structured sentence that brings up a problem and gives a possible solution. You also could simply state specific questions or offer suggestions on a specific topic related to the meeting. That way you sound focused, and are taking an interest in your career.
