For free grant applications to to get grant money or government funded loans to start Businesses contact the Small Business Administration (sba.gov). The Small Business Administration only gives out loans but has contacts with the other agencies that give grants to businesses. Also contact SCORE short for "Counselors to America's Small Business" for free grant applications for training and small grants for entrepreneurs.

To get free grant applications to get grants to pay college tuition go to ed.gov. It will give you a guide on the type of grants available and where to apply. To sign up for federal student aid go to fafsa.ed.gov. Further grant information as well with free grant applications can be found at the colleges financial aid office where the grant will be used.

To find grant applications for individual artists, writers, women, film makers, job seekers, researchers, environmental or "green" projects, and other community projects go to the foundation's center website foundationscenter.org and look under grants for individuals. (Depending on the project, individual may find it to be beneficial to partner with a nonprofit organization in order to qualify for more grants). To find free applications for grant funded programs that help individuals pay bills go to GovBenefits.gov for more information. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) lists all federal grant programs available to everyone from state governments to individuals.
