Things You'll Need:
- 4 mandarin oranges (seedless slices)
- ½ cup of sliced water chestnuts
- 1 bag of shredded coleslaw
- 1 sliced yellow pepper
- 1 medium sliced apple
- ½ cup of sliced almonds
- 1 small bunch thinly chopped green onions
- 1 cup of crispy Chinese noodles
- 1 cup of ginger mandarin dressing

Step 1
Get all your ingredients out and start slicing your apples, and peeling your mandarin oranges, and chop your green onions and slice your yellow pepper and if you do not have store bought sliced almonds, then you need to do that too.

Step 2
In a medium to large bowl add the chestnuts and almonds, the sliced apple, the mandarin orange, the chopped onions and pepper and the bag of coleslaw and toss well for about a minute or two.

To finish add the crispy noodles on top and the ginger mandarin dressing and mix a bit before serving.
