If you have a Maclaren Stroller they have been recalled as of November 9, 2009. There are about 1 million strollers that are being recalled. There have been 12 reports of babies getting their finger tips amputated. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission the models affected are the Volo, Triumph, Quest Sport, Quest Mod, Techno XT, TechnoXLR, Twin Triumph, Twin Techno and Easy Traveller. These strollers were manufactured in China. All consumers are urged to stop using the strollers and contact Maclaren for hinge covers for the strollers.

1. Call to speak with a representative at Maclaren USA. The call is toll-free at [phone]. Call between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday in the USA.

2. Visit the Maclaren USA website to learn more about the recall and to get a cover for the stroller handle. This site may be down because they are getting many visits to it and that is to be expected.
