Things You'll Need:
- 1 wheel of Brie
- 1 puff pastry dough
- 1 can of whole cranberry relish
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- Grated fresh orange zest
- Egg wash
- crackers or baguette slices

Step 1
Brie with paper wrappingTrim outer paper wrapping from Brie.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 3
Use a very small bowl as a guide and cut a hole in the middle of the brie wheel. This should create a wreath shape wheel.

Wrap brie wreath with puff pastry. Use a little water to moisten and seal the pastry around cheese.

Brush pastry with egg wash. Egg wash recipe can be found at Cin-Cin’s Cuisine (www.cincinscuisine.blogspot.com).

Bake pastry for about 20 minutes or until pastry is light brown.

Pour a can of whole-cranberry relish in a small saucepan over a medium heat.

Step 8
Add orange juice and orange zest to cranberry mixture. Stir until will mix and get thick again.

Step 9
Allow the cranberry mixture to cool and gel.

Step 10
Place the Brie pastry on a serving dish. Add the Cranberry Orange Relish to center of Brie.

Step 11
Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
