The holiday season is one for gathering friends and loved one around. Traditional Holiday Punches are a quick and easy to prepare and allows your guests serve themselves. This Cranberry Holiday Punch is a very delicious non-alcoholic holiday punch that is ideal for an open house or cocktail party. It is also great for child’s holiday party. To add holiday fun, create ice cubs with chopped cranberries or frozen whole berries to add to the punch. This is also great for a summertime punch for an outdoor BBQ or block party. To add summertime fun, create ice cubes with frozen pineapple chucks to add to the punch.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 1-tablespoon almond extract
  • 2 quarts ginger ale
  • 1 bage of fresh or frozen cranberries
  1. Step 1

    Wash Cranberries and remove bad ones. Drop one of two cranberries into each slot of a ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze. Once frozen, start your punch. The ice cubes can be made a day or two ahead.

  2. Step 2

    Mix sugar, cranberry and pineapple juices together in a large punch bowl. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. Step 3

    Add almond extract to mixture. Mix until well blended.

  4. Step 4

    Add ginger ale to the punch bowl and again mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Chill or add the cranberry ice cubes.

Tips & Warnings
  • To make this punch alcoholic, add 2 cups of vodka to the mixture.
