Start by checking out local Wal-mart stores. Though they are currently sold out online, they are still listed and are priced at just $8.00 a piece! Keep that in mind if you're shopping elsewhere. Call around to local Wal-marts that you are willing to drive to and see if they can tell you if they have any Zhu Zhu Pets in stock and if not, when they might expect to receive another shipment.

Contact local Toys R Us stores that you are willing to drive to. They are also listed online but out of stock and their price is currently under $10.

Contact a local Hallmark Gold Crown store. Some of them are choosing to carry Zhu Zhu Pets as well.

Contact local Target stores that you are willing to drive to and see if they have anything in stock. They offer a 3 pack of Zhu Zhu Pets online, which is currently out of stock, but you can choose to be notified by email when they have them in stock again.

Step 5
Visit the site in the resources section below to check out stock status of various websites. Here you can also sign up to receive a notification via email if Zhu Zhu Pets are found to be in stock at one of their listed retailers.

If all else fails, shop at Ebay. There are all kinds of Zhu Zhu Pets listed there, but just so you won't be "sticker shocked", sets of 4 are selling for as much as $120 and higher. Keep in mind these little hamsters are only $8 to $11 when they are in stock at stores!

If you aren't able to find these before Christmas and you really want to give them as gifts to your children or other children you know, shop in stores after Christmas when the rush isn't so huge. They will be back in stock again and you will save a lot of money if you can be patient.
