How to Reset a Pantech Duo
The Pantech Duo is a sliding mobile phone released for the AT&T network. The Pantech Duo supports third-party applications to increase its functionality. These applications may cause the phone to malfunction on occasion, making many of the features of the phone inoperable. If you have problems with your phone, you can return the software to the factory presets and restore the functionality of your phone.

From the "Home" screen, push the left soft key under the word "Start" to enter the main menu.

Highlight "Settings," press "OK," choose "Security" and press "OK" again.

Choose "Master Clear" from the "Security" menu and press the "OK" button. A warning box will pop up on the screen letting you know that you are erasing all of the data on your phone.

Select "Yes" and press "OK" to finish resetting your Pantech Duo.

Check that your SIM card is inserted into the phone to ensure all data is erased from the phone.
Write down any contact information prior to resetting the phone. You will lose all of your data.
