- 8 chicken breasts
- 5 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 5 tbsp. German mustard
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mild paprika
- 1 lb. dried fusilli pasta
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Arrange the chicken breasts in a large oven-proof baking dish, leaving about an inch between each breast. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Whisk the melted butter, mustard, lemon juice, brown sugar and mild paprika together in a small mixing bowl. Using a brush, apply the sauce to the chicken breasts and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and flip the chicken breasts. Apply the remaining lemon-mustard sauce with a brush and return to the oven to bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes.
