How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Treatment for a Bladder Infection

Things You'll Need

• Apple cider vinegar
• Honey
• Water
• Bath tub
• Essential oils like sandalwood and tea tree
• Apple cider vinegar pills
• Cranberry juice
• Measuring spoons
• Bowl

Instructions

1. Dilute 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water. Mix in 1 tbsp. of honey and drink at meal time. For an added benefit you can try mixing 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar to a glass of cranberry juice and drink at meal time as well to get the benefit of both to prevent and treat bladder infections.

2. Take apple cider vinegar in a pill form to treat your bladder infection. Taking a pill a day with water at the meal of your choice can help treat your bladder infection.

3. Bathe in apple cider vinegar to treat a bladder infection. Fill the bathtub with warm water and 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar. In a bowl mix 2 tbsp. of honey and a few drops of different essential oils like sandalwood, tea tree and chamomile. Put the mixture into the tub and soak for at least 15 minutes.
