Wash your feet daily with and anti-bacterial soap. Some people even use a soap meant to fight ache due to the special anti-bacterial properties it has. It is very important to dry the feet thoroughly when finished.

2
Wear socks on your feet whenever you are wearing shoes. Without socks, the sweat from your feet soaks into your shoes, leaving the chance of bacteria forming and causing odor. Cotton and wool socks are the best for this purpose. Anti-bacterial socks are also available on the market.

Change your shoes often. It is not necessary to change your shoes many times a day, but you may want to have a few pairs of shoes that you alternate wearing. The purpose of this is to give the shoes time to dry out and help prevent odor.

Soaking your feet in black tea is an alternative way to try to fight odor. It is said that because of the tannic acid in the tea, it helps to kill bacteria and to close the pores, reducing sweating. Soak your feet in black tea for 10 to 30 minutes everyday for the first week, and once a week thereafter.
