Though MySpace does not internally offer the service, there is a way for users to personalize their profile pages by adding playlists of their favorite songs. These songs will appear in a tiny, user-controlled box anywhere on their page, and will cycle through songs that have been selected. This can be an unusual way to add some extra flair and personality to your profile. These services come free-of-charge and taken only a few minutes to set up.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Locate a service that offers the creation of music players for MySpace. Playlist.com and Hypster.com are two sites that offer the free creation of music players to be embedded in MySpace profiles. Simply go to the site you've chosen and click "Sign Up" or "Register" to create a new account.

  2. Step 2

Use the search function on this web page to search for the songs you want to add to your MySpace Music Player.

  3. Step 3

Locate the HTML code for your MySpace Music Player. Normally this is located on your main account settings page. Highlight it all and click "Copy."

  4. Step 4

Sign in to your MySpace account.

  5. Step 5

Edit your MySpace profile. Paste the HTML code from your MySpace Music Player into the box in which you want your Music Player to appear. When finished, save your changes. Now when anyone loads your MySpace Profile, they will see your playlist and hear your selected songs.
