Instructions

    • 1

Pull out what you can of the grass with your hands. Make sure to wear gardening gloves to prevent any sorts of cuts you may receive from the grass.

    • 2

Scrape the grass away with a garden hoe. This can save your back and knees any stress repeated bending over and pulling grass may due.

    • 3

Salt all of the cracks in the cement, even if there are no blades of grass growing the salt is going to prevent anything from every growing in the cement cracks ever again.

    • 4

Wait a few days for all of the grass to die and remove the grass from the cement. It should pull out easily.

    • 5

Spray the grass in the cracks with grass killer if you would rather not use the salt. The spray is going to work best when done in the summer time. Make sure it is not suppose to rain for a full day after you spray the killer down. If it rains it can wash away the grass killer, preventing the roots of the grass from absorbing the spray.
