How to Do Biceps Curls on a Weider Home Gym

Although there are several different models Weider products for at home use, all provide a similar workout with all of the main muscle groups. Among the most popular muscles to work are the biceps. The Weider home gym weight systems allow you to perform biceps curls to increase the strength and size of your arms.

Locate the pulley attachment that is about knee level. This attachment can be used for a variety of different exercises, one being arm curls, which will work the biceps.

Attach a two-hand bar grip onto the pulley by the metal clamp.

Adjust the amount of weight to a desired setting. A pin is in the weights that designates the amount of weight lifted. Pull this pin out and insert it under the amount of weight you want to use.

Stand with your feet flat on the floor and your hands grasping the bar firmly, palms facing the weight stack. Pull the bar up to your chest, using only your biceps muscles. Hold the bar at your chest for a moment and slowly lower it back down. This is the biceps curl.
