2. Save money by recycling your favorite greeting cards. you can cut the inside message half of the card off and use the front cover as a post card instead. This will save you money from the purchase and postage of the card. Obviously they are pretty because someone created them, sold them to a card company and someone special bought it and sent it to you. Quality and savings - you can't beat it.

3. Plug as many of your power chords as possible into a power strip and turn them all off when you go to bed at night or leave for work for eight hours each day. You can save money - hundreds of dollars a year this way.

4. Purchase store brands over nationally-known brands. You can save money at a rate of 20-40% depending on the item. You and your family will not be able to taste the difference and nutritionally they are all the same.
