Protein shakes are a healthy drink option, and when combined with chocolate and malt, they can make an excellent dessert drink as well. Protein helps with weight loss by making you feel satiated. Things You'll Need

  • Blender
  • Chocolate malt-flavored protein powder
  • Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Ice cubes
  • Skim milk

      Pour 1 cup of skim milk and 2 scoops of whey or soy chocolate malt-flavored protein powder into your blender. If you cannot find chocolate malt-flavored protein powder, use any chocolate-flavored protein and add 2 to 3 tbsp. of malted milk powder to the blender.

      Combine 2 scoops of light vanilla ice cream, or to cut calories, use vanilla frozen yogurt instead. Add a few ice cubes to your blender.

      Measure out 2 to 3 tbsp. of chocolate sauce and add to your blender. You may increase or decrease the chocolate sauce depending on your chocolate and sweet preferences.

      Blend in blender on a low speed until smooth and creamy. Pour into tall glass and enjoy.
