You wake up in the morning on the bathroom floor, after spending the night partying and praying to the porcelain Gods. Time to find relief from your aching head, your nauseated stomach, and your aching body. Here's how to naturally cure that head splitting hangover.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Just say no!! That's the best way to naturally cure your hangover. Don't get drunk in the first place. Self control my friend---self control. Stop drinking alcohol when you start feeling really good, or when your vision doubles, you can't walk straight, or your feel drunk.

  2. Step 2

Eat a full meal before your start drinking any alcohol. This is a great way to naturally cure a hangover. A meal loaded with carbs will absorb the booze. Eat plenty of bread, pasta or pizza before going out, or staying home to party.

  3. Step 3

To naturally cure a hangover, drink a lot of water during the night. The rule is to drink one glass of water for every glass or bottle of alcohol consumed. Drink water during your entire alcohol drinking session, and the next day to prevent dehydration.

  4. Step 4

Do not drink caffeine while drinking alcohol, or even the day after. You will become a wide awake drunk. Caffeine will only add to your dehydration woes and make your body ache more, the next day.

  5. Step 5

Do not mix your alcohol!! Stick to drinking one kind of alcohol while partying. Drink only beer, or only drink wine, or only drink mixed drinks. Mixing alcohol drinks will make your stomach queasy the next day.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drink juice and water the next day to give your body more energy.
  • A warm washcloth will make your headache feel so much better.
  • Do not drink and drive!
  • Avoid sugar while drinking to not add to a hangover headache.
