This face moisturizer is perfect for mature skin and age spots. You can use it in place of your regular moisturizer as needed, or midday as a pick-me-up for your skin. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • 6 teaspoons of sunflower oil
  • 3 teaspoon of apricot kernel oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of wheat germ oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of evening primrose oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of lavender oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of myrrh oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vitamin E oil

Instructions

      In a small saucepan, pour in the sunflower oil, apricot kernel oil and wheat germ oil. Put on low heat, and stir together gently for about five minutes.

      Remove the pan from the heat, then allow the mixture to reach room temperature.

      Add in the evening primrose oil, lavender oil, myrrh oil and vitamin E oil. As you add the oils, stir the mixture together gently.

      Pour the mixture into a small jar with lid or small cosmetics container. Store the mixture in a cool dark area between uses.

      Take about a teaspoon of the mixture and massage it into the face. Use it after your facial cleanser and toner. It can also be used right before bed for an overnight treatment.
