Step 1
Ella Toile paper by Bo BunnyUse a dry cloth/paper towel to remove all dust or debris from your ceramic tiles. Using your craft glue, apply the paper squares to the tiles and allow to dry.
-
Step 2
Lay out a sheet of your wax paper onto your outdoor work surface and place the papered tiles on top of your plastic cups (to act as a pedestal for pouring your resin).
-
Step 3
Envirotex Lite Pour-On ResinNext, working outdoors, mix the two-part resin according to manufacturer’s directions. Use the stir sticks to stir the mixture until it is bubbly (no more than 2 minutes).
-
Step 4
Carefully pour the resin onto each tile, starting in the center. Allow the resin to spread on its own, covering the entire tile surface. You may use a plastic spoon to scoop up the resin that has poured off to fill in any gaps.
**You will notice bubbles in the resin on the tile. To ‘pop’ them, take a deep breath making sure not to inhale near the resin and blow on the tile (as you would a mirror)** -
Step 5
Allow the tiles to dry from 48-72 hours on a covered porch or garage to ensure no bugs or debris gets caught in the resin.
-
Step 6
