Eating foods rich in Anti Oxidants slows down the aging process and facilitates immune strength brain and central nervous function. So how does this help your mood?

The answer lies in the ability to think clearly; nearly all mood swings are brought about from a brain that does not have healthy chemistry, healthy brain chemistry comes from a brain that is growing and not deteriorating. Anti Oxidants slows down the deterioration not only of the brain but all areas of the body. This creates an environment where the brain can grow and a growing brain at any age reduces stress by being more efficient. Stress is the generally the culprit of everyone's moddyness.
