In my craft room, I can never get enough places to post my brain stormed ideas so that they do not end up in a pile somewhere in the floor with all of my other paperwork. I thought that this idea to make a button bulletin board would make a great placed to display all of my wonderful buttons that have so many colors. You can make this too with just a few basic steps. If you think that you don't have enough buttons for this project your local craft shop has many bagged buttons for sale that you can pick up. Who says that staying organized has to be dull and boring with this bulletin board your creative ideas have a home and you are able to draw inspiration from them!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large collection of buttons of your choice of colors
  • Glue gun
  • Blank bulletin board
  • Glue sticks
  1. Step 1

Buy a large cork bulletin board that has a frame around it. This can be any size or shape your only limited to the amount of buttons that you have in your stash.

  2. Step 2

Choose your color scheme of button colors that you want. You can also attach different small charms or items that remind you of a goal that you want to be when you "grow up" like if you are wanting to be a published author, teacher, secretary, attorney, or anything else that you have in your imagination. Take those symbols and hot glue them on to the bulletin board.

  3. Step 3

Hot Glue your buttons that you want all around the frame in a pleasing design. Make sure that the glue is HOT because it will adhere better to the frame and the buttons will not pop off.

Tips & Warnings
  • I also love to glue other fun things to my bulletin board like: Christmas ornaments, plant pokes, plastic gum ball toys etc. You are only limited to your imagination and budget.
  • Keep all sharp tools away from small children.
