1
Stay hydrated throughout the day. Dehydration will often cause dizziness and nausea which will lead to morning sickness. Drinking at least 64 ounces of juice and water each day will help avoid dehydration. If you are working and have a hard time staying hydrated talk to your employer about taking short breaks to hydrate yourself or request a note from your doctor advising your employer to give you breaks to hydrate.

2
Avoid sudden movements. Jumping up quickly or even sitting up suddenly can cause morning sickness. When waking up in the morning move slowly and while at work take your time doing things. Moving slowly might seem frustrating, but running to the bathroom because morning sickness suddenly strikes can be even more frustrating.

Eat several small meals throughout the day. Believe it or not an empty stomach can cause morning sickness as surely as a full stomach. Nibbling crackers, cookies, and small sandwiches will help keep your stomach settled.

Consume weak herbal teas and ginger whenever possible. Relaxing chamomile and mint tea sooth while alleviating morning sickness. Drinking herbal tea first thing morning, before getting out of bed if possible, will help you avoid an early morning run to the bathroom. Ginger is another natural nausea fighter, so eating ginger snaps, ginger cookies and drinking ginger ale throughout the day will also help keep your stomach settled.
