How to Build an Internet Radio

Building an online radio used to be difficult, and at one point, even unfathomable. But that is no longer the case. Some websites, like Pandora.com, allow you to build your own Internet radios with no more than just a couple of clicks.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Access the Internet by opening your web browser. Most computers already have a web browser on them when you purchase them. If you do not have a web browser, you can easily download one from Microsoft, Mozilla or Google.

  2. Step 2

    Type in "www.pandora.com" into the address bar, usually found at the top of the web browser.

  3. Step 3

    Click on "Register" located on the top, right-hand corner of Pandora's home page.

  4. Step 4

    Fill out the registration form. The information you will need to fill out: an email address, which will be your username, what you want your password to be, your birth year, your gender, whether or not you want personalized recommendations and whether or not you accept the terms and conditions.

  5. Step 5

    Click the "Register for free" button at the bottom of the form.

  6. Step 6

    Click the "Skip for now" button if you do not wish to invite your friends at this moment. If you do wish to invite your friends, then type in your email account password, and follow the steps instructed by Pandora.

  7. Step 7

    Type in the name of your favorite song or your favorite artist into the box provided by Pandora.

  8. Step 8

    Click on the "Listen now" button. Pandora will then create an Internet radio based on that particular song or artist.

  9. Step 9

    Listen to and enjoy your Internet radio, if you aren't satisfied with the music, then you can either add more songs, more artists or simply build another radio.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure to read all of the terms and conditions before you accept them.
  • Do not share your password with anyone.
