Things You'll Need:
- Journal
- Workout Gear
- Exercise mat
-
Step 1
Eat a healthy diet, a great abdominal section does not come by snacking on junk food. You should create a food journal to help you think about what you eat, and don't forget to include 'liquid calories' people often forget that what we drink adds to calories.
-
Step 2
Do at least 25 minutes of cardio (walking, jogging, running, biking, etc.)at least 3 times per week. People sometimes think if they just do a ton of crunches that they will see results, but you need to burn the layer of fat covering your abs so they can show up.
-
Step 3
Do abs exercises at least 4 times a week. Include traditional crunches, weighted abs exercises and abs exercise ball moves to get faster results.
-
Step 4
Keep your abs engaged all day. Conciously think about your mid section while going about your day. When you engage the core muscles you are going to get added results and a stronger core for better body support.
