Things You'll Need:
- ground beef
- sherry
- onion
- curry powder
- salt
- bread crumbs
- Pepperidge Farms pastry shells, 6 pack, thawed
- 1 egg yolks

Step 1
Cook ground beefPrepare the filling:
Cook 1/2 pound of ground beef in a frying pan. Drain all but 2 tablespoons fat. Add 1 tablespoon cooking sherry and 1 cup chopped onion. Cook until onion is done. Add: 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon salt, 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Set aside until cooled. -
Step 2
Pepperidge Farms PastryDivide each pastry shell into 3 equal portions, and roll into balls. Flatten each one and roll out into 3 inch circles. Place even amounts of filling in the center of each circle. Fold into a half moon shape. Pat edges to seal. Put on baking sheet.

Step 3
Brush with EggBrush each Curried Meat Pie with a couple of layers of egg yolk. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Or until lightly brown.
