Sometime you will find applications, or "apps" as they're often referred to, to not quite live upto what is promised by the developer. Or you might get one that just crashes all the time. In any event, you can eliminate the app from your phone anytime you like. Here's how.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Motorola Droid Smart Phone running Android 2.0 or higher.
  1. Step 1

    Turn on your Motorola Droid by pressing the Power/Unlock button located on the top right corner of your smart phone.

  2. Step 2

    Click the "Menu" button located on the bottom physical key pad, second from the left.

  3. Step 3

    Click the "Setting" button on the touch screen menu that pops up.

  4. Step 4

    Select the "Applications" tab located about 5 rows down on the Settings menu that appears.

  5. Step 5

    Click "Manage applications" on the menu that in on the screen now.

  6. Step 6

    Select the Application that you want to remove from your Motorola Droid.

  7. Step 7

    Click "Uninstall" on the screen that appears now.

  8. Step 8

    Confirm your desire to remove the application by selecting "OK" on the menu that appears.

  9. Step 9

    That's it! You have now successfully removed any undesirable applications from your Motorola Droid.
