Make a Manhattan Cocktail

This Sex and the City drink had always been a favorite among trendy town folk. This cocktail first originated at an 1870 banquet hall hosted for Winston Churchill's political confidant in Europe. What became of the Manhattan took off from there - this highly delicious drink has a 100 years of accolades; convenient to make and classy enough for any special, trendy occasion.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2.5 ounces Canadian Whiskey OR Substitutes: Kentucky Bourbon or Rye
  • 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • half of teaspoon of Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Cherry
  1. Step 1
    Canadian Whiskey.

    How to Make A Manhattan Cocktail:
    Add in all ingredients with a cocktail mixer (Canadian Whiskey, Or Kentucky Bourbon/Rye, Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters). Place as much ice in as needed.

    How to Make A Manhattan Cocktail:
    Simply begin by pouring the martini into a martini glass, and serve chilled or on the rocks.

    Add in some sugar around the glass rim, other perfer to slice up orange peels skin and place around the rim of the glass. Top with cherry!
