Step 1
What you'll need:
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
buttered 13x9x2 inch glass or teflon baking dish, do not use aluminum it will leech. -
Step 2
Whip Sweet PotatoesWhip the sweet potatoes to remove the strings. Mix with the rest of the ingredients in step one. Pour into the buttered baking dish.

Step 3
For the topping you'll need:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 stick softened butter
Combine the above ingredients well. Spread over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Or until the top is lightly browned.
Should serve 10 to 12.
